About Tiffany

In what year did you begin working in the real estate industry as a REALTOR®?

2018

Why do you like working in the real estate industry?

I love being getting to work in an ever changing industry and the feeling of satisfaction I get when assisting people throughout the process.

In what year did you become affiliated with Semonin Realtors®?

2018

Why do you choose to affiliate your business with Semonin?

I became a part of the MOVE Real Estate Group.

What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? What are your greatest strengths as a real estate agent?

My greatest strengths are my organizational skills, my ability to connect and my excitement for the job!

What do you do to stay up-to-date/knowledgeable about the real estate industry?

My Real Estate team has weekly meetings where we discuss scenarios, the market, new ideas, etc. I also am a faithful listener to the Brian Buffini podcast and read the Realtor magazine.

What did you do before you began working in real estate? Has anything you learned on that/those jobs helped you with your real estate business?

I worked as a buyer for CarMax for 11 years. In that industry I had to stay on top of market values and trends while assisting people in making big purchases. Just like I am now only a different and much bigger purchase.

Are you involved in any trade/civic or community organizations?

I am a member of the Fern Creek Chamber of Commerce. I have recently organized charitable events for low income families over the Christmas holiday, local food bank donations and am currently working to set up an event to assist our local homeless veterans.

Tell us about your immediate family.

My husband is the Pharmacist in Charge for one of the largest Pet Pharmacies, Chewy.com. My son is 11 years old and plays baseball for Noe Middle School as well as on his traveling team, the Kentucky Diamonds. Most of our time spent as a family is in a baseball park and I wouldn't have it any other way!

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

"Choose to remain optimistic, it feels better." It helps because it's true! Stress and worry bring us down and it can be unhealthy. Focusing on the positive is what drives me out of any negative situation.
